Between March 16, 2012, and through at least March 1, 2025, Cooper’s Landing Stinson LLC, located in Kennewick, WA, produced and sold parts related to STC SA963NW for installation on Univar Aircraft Corporation (Stinson) Model 108, 108-1, 108-2, and 108-3 aircraft (Type Certificate No. A-767).

Between September 2021 and August 2023, Matterwaves Antenna Technology produced and sold parts for installation on type-certificated aircraft without approval and authorization of the FAA.

Between January 3, 2023, and July 3, 2025, Isolair, Inc. manufactured and distributed numerous helicopter firefighting systems, forestry service systems, and agricultural service systems for various aircraft makes and models to aftermarket users without the required FAA approval or authorization.

Lavatory or Galley Refresh Modification Kits produced by Safran Cabin, Inc. from May 2023 to July 2024 for installation on FAA type-certificated (TC) Boeing 737-800 and 737-900ER series aircraft and Lavatory Flush Switch Assemblies produced by Safran Cabin, Inc. from August 2021 to June 2024 on FAA type-certificated (TC) Airbus A320 and A321 series aircraft.
